Qualifications: Fran was a classroom teacher for more than 25 years, working primarily with grades 3–6. While she taught all subjects, her area of focus was mathematics. She is currently a mentor and instructor for the Vermont Mathematics Initiative, as well as a math coach for several schools. She has led professional development focused on current research in mathematics education.
